OTE: $155,000 annually | ARPC Commission: ~10% per qualified client

We're at the beginning of an exciting journey—and we’re looking for a founding Sales Account Executive / SDR who’s ready to build alongside our founder and help shape the future of cybersecurity for growing businesses. 

 

Role Overview 

As the first Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Sales Account Executive (AE) at Cybersentrik, you will be instrumental in driving revenue by identifying, engaging, and converting prospects into clients. You’ll be working directly with the founder to refine the sales process, pitch our offerings, and create lasting relationships with businesses in need of cybersecurity solutions. 

This is a high-impact, early-stage role with the potential to grow into a leadership position as the company scales. 

 

Compensation Structure 

 

  • Commission: 10% of ARPC per closed client (paid monthly or quarterly based on deal size) 

  • Example: If ARPC is $100,000/month, you earn $10,000/month (or $30,000/quarter per client) 

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $155,000 annually 

  • Accelerators: Earn higher % on overachievement (e.g., 12–15% for deals beyond quota) 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound emails, cold calls, LinkedIn, and networking 

  • Book and run discovery calls, understanding each prospect’s cybersecurity needs 

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities from initial contact to closed deal 

  • Communicate Cybersentrik’s consulting, recruitment, and educational offerings clearly and persuasively 

  • Collaborate directly with the founder to refine messaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy 

  • Track all sales activity and progress in a CRM (we'll implement the one you help choose) 

  • Stay current with cybersecurity industry trends and threats to engage intelligently with prospects 

  • Represent Cybersentrik professionally and enthusiastically at virtual and in-person events 

 

Qualifications 

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, cybersecurity, or consulting 

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills 

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a startup environment 

  • Experience with outbound prospecting (cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach) 

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts or willingness to learn quickly 

  • Entrepreneurial mindset—driven, resourceful, and eager to build something from scratch 

  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
